9.1You must inform our team of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, eye conditions, or relevant medical history before your appointment begins. This is especially important for lash adhesive, lifting solutions, nail products, waxing, and any chemical treatments.
9.2A patch test may be required 24–48 hours before certain chemical services. If you decline a recommended patch test, you waive our liability for any resulting adverse reactions.
9.3Lashberry House reserves the right to refuse, modify, or halt a service at any time if our therapist determines, in their professional judgment, that the treatment may pose a health or safety risk to you or our staff.
9.4We are not liable for adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes arising from: (a) undisclosed health conditions, allergies, or medications; (b) failure to follow pre-treatment guidance; or (c) pre-existing skin or eye conditions.
9.5Clients who are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have recent surgical procedures near the treatment area must disclose this at the time of booking and upon arrival. Some services may not be suitable and we will advise accordingly.
